Julia Haart dances with daughter while celebrating massive Silvio Scaglia divorce win
All Julia Haart does is win.
The Body by Julia designer danced wildly in her New York City home while celebrating her big divorce win from Silvio Scaglia.
In an Instagram Reel video shared by daughter Batsheva on Wednesday, Haart could be seen jumping up and singing along to DJ Khaled’s “All I Do Is Win,” which played loudly in the background.
The āMy Unorthodox Lifeā star, 53, had seemingly thrown a little divorce celebration with her children, including Shlomo and Miriam, as several champagne flutes could be seen on her kitchen table.
At one point in the video, Haart hugged and swayed from side to side with Batsheva before the camera panned to others celebrating around her.
“Celebrating my moms [sic] win in her divorce case!” the 31-year-old captioned the video, adding, āJustice is served.ā
In a previous post, also shared on Instagram, Batsheva had gushed about her mom, celebrating her strength during her divorce proceedings.
“For the past 3 years my mom has been fighting for her life to prove her truth. She is the most inspiring woman in my life because no matter how dark her life got she didnāt give up,” she said while sharing a video of them hugging.
“She is a true fighter for freedom and I am so blessed to call her my mom. I love you so much @juliahaart.”

In 2022, Haart filed for divorce from Scaglia after just three years of marriage. However, things quickly got muddy when he retaliated by firing her from her role as CEO of Elite World Group, which they co-owned.
At the time, a source told Page Six that they had been living separate lives by December 2021.
For the next three years, a bitter legal battle would ensue with Scaglia accusing Haart of illegally snatching $850,000 from their company bank account and using funds as her “personal piggy bank” to launch her own clothing line.
Haart, who denied those accusations, also sued him for fraud after she believed she owned 50 percent of the company (but didn’t) and even got an order of protection against him, calling him “abusive and unhinged.”
According to court documents obtained by Page Six on Tuesday, Haart was awarded control of 50 percent of Freedom Holding, which owns EWG, as well as power of attorney, which means she can make decisions on the companyās behalf without her exās input.
The judge also awarded the Netflix star their 16-room Tribeca triplex penthouse that they lived in during their marriage, as well as $7,400,000 in unpaid management fees for 2019 through 2021.
Speaking to Page Six about the decision, Haart said, āWords cannot fully express the immense joy and gratitude I feel in my heart. Throughout this journey, I held steadfast to my belief in truth and justice, deeply trusting that if I stayed the course, the truth would ultimately prevail and the wrongs done to me would be made right.
“I am profoundly grateful to God for granting me the strength to persevere and to Judge Pearlman for holding Silvio accountable and ensuring that justice was served.ā
Haartās attorney, Michael Beyda, also told us, āJulia Haart has faced immense challenges over the past three years, yet her resilience and commitment to her values have been unwavering.ā
He continued, āThis victory is a testament to the power of staying true to oneself and refusing to stoop to the level of opposition. We are deeply grateful to Judge Pearlman for holding Mr. Scaglia accountable for his actions and inactions.ā
